Pour Oil on Troubled Waters

While trying to stem the flow of oil from its Gulf Coast oil spill catastrophe, BP has been trying to pour oil on troubled waters by embarking on a massive PR campaign to convince us that they have our well being at heart. Its a wonder that they haven't put a spin on their problems by claiming that with the coming hurricane season their oil spill is actually a blessing since pouring oil on a turbulent ocean tends to calm the dangerous waves.
